ELECTRONICS
WIFI: The network name and password are prominently displayed on a plaque in the kitchen next to the sliding glass door.
TELEVISION: Our home is equipped with a smart television in the living room. Most popular apps are downloaded and are available for you to sign into your existing accounts. There is also an antenna for watching local stations, weather, etc.
PROPERTY CAMERAS: Our property is protected by a motion sensing security system. There is one camera located on the garage which provides a view of the front of the house, a Ring doorbell at the front door, and a camera on the back deck which provides a view of the firepit and grill. We turn off notifications when we have guests as we value your privacy; however, we are notified of any unusual activity between the hours of midnight and 5:00 AM.
THERMOSTAT
To change the temperature, grasp the radius of the thermostat and turn to the desired temperature.
If it is necessary to change the mode (cooling or heating), press on the face of the thermostat then turn to "mode" (the icon looks like wind) then press to make the correct selection. We try to keep this on the correct mode at all times so this step should not be necessary.
OUTDOOR DETAILS
FIREPIT: Our home has a beautiful and inviting firepit and we encourage our guests to use it. A limited amount of unsplit firewood is available for your use but it can be a bit smoky. If you want higher quality or split wood, it is readily available at all local grocery stores, hardware stores and minimarts at a reasonable price.
Firepit Rules:
-Our property is under a burn ordinance. Please call the local fire department to ensure burning is allowed. (479) 253-8397
-Please keep your fire to a manageable size and always within the radius of the firepit.
-Please ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving it. There is a hose and spigot next to the deck for your convenience.
-Please do not forage for firewood or kindling on the property.
GRILL: Our grill is propane and propane is provided. Please be careful with the grill, do not move it from where it is positioned and make sure it is extinguished after use. There are tools for the grill located in the kitchen in the small cabinet on the dining room side of the kitchen bar next to the sliding glass door.
PARKING: There are three designated parking spaces in the driveway. Please refrain from parking on the street.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Please refrain from moving the furniture; if you must, please return it to its original location.
KITCHEN
COFFEE MAKERS: We have provided both a single cup and drip coffee maker. Coffee filters are provided.
DISHWASHER: The dishwasher control panel is on the top of the door and is only visible by partially opening the door.
MISCELLANEOUS
Garbage-trash cans are up on the street.

WASHER & DRYER
These are located in the closet in the kitchen. Detergent pods are provided.
FIREPLACE
The on/off switch is located on the back right of the fireplace. There are two switches: one is for the fire only and the other is for the fan (you will need to use both for warmth).
